Attending the Ryder Cup?

No. Your hospitality pass is separate from your Irish Tours For You itinerary and is purchased directly from Ryder Cup Europe at rydercup.com in your own name. We can point you to the official website, but the purchase is made by you.
Can you plan our itinerary around Ryder Cup attendance?
Yes. Once you have secured your event access separately, tell us the date you are attending. We can plan the surrounding Private Chauffeur or Self Drive itinerary around your event day and the official transport arrangements available at the time.
How does a Private Chauffeur itinerary work?
You travel with a personal driver-guide in a private touring vehicle. A typical service day allows up to eight driving hours plus a one-hour lunch break. Your driver-guide leads the touring day, while some attractions may use a specialist guide or be self-guided. The exact vehicle, route and services will be confirmed in your quote.
What should I know about choosing Self Drive?
The main driver will normally need a valid licence held for at least two years and a credit card in their own name for the rental excess or deductible. Age and vehicle restrictions, additional-driver charges, location fees and optional equipment may apply. Your quote will set out the rental details that apply to your booking.
Can the route and length of the trip be changed?
Yes. Every itinerary is tailored. Tell us your dates, preferred travel style, golf plans and places you would like to visit, and we will build the route around your party.
Do we need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for this trip. Please make sure the policy is suitable for your personal circumstances, planned activities and the separate Ryder Cup hospitality purchase.
